Supports defined benefit pension data true-ups, actuarial pricing, scheme valuations, individual member calculations, quotation sign-offs, and client deliverables. The role also involves maintaining accurate in-force business work, developing expertise in team systems and tools, progressing projects, and collaborating across the True Up team. Candidates should understand actuarial principles, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ideally have knowledge of DB pension benefits, life insurance, and relevant regulation.

Manage DB pension scheme transitions from contract through data cleanse and handover. Plan projects, validate data, coordinate trustees and internal stakeholders, escalate issues, support implementation teams, and mentor junior transition staff.

Manage multiple defined benefit pension transactions from appointment through completion, coordinating trustees, scheme administrators, consultants, internal teams, data validation, implementation, and operational handover. The role involves stakeholder and client relationship management, project scheduling, issue resolution, trustee meeting attendance, and support for pension de-risking opportunities including buy-ins and buy-outs. Occasional UK travel is required.
