Partners with senior leadership, Product and Technology, Data and Analytics, Marketing, and Finance to identify opportunities, design experiments, scale successful initiatives, and shape roadmaps. Serves as the senior authority on growth experimentation, causal measurement, and impact assessment.

Own and improve core data foundations for AI and machine-learning platforms. Design reliable feature pipelines and datasets, maintain freshness SLAs, optimize cloud costs and query performance, implement observability, and lead incident response. Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to introduce streaming-capable architectures, data contracts, and incremental processing. Mentor engineers through reviews and design discussions while improving pipeline reliability, testing, and operational practices.

Develop and deploy production machine-learning solutions for personalization, search, recommendations, targeting, and marketplace growth. Build embedding models, fine-tune LLMs, design ranking systems, run statistically rigorous A/B experiments, and collaborate with ML engineers to productionize monitored pipelines. Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical approaches using Python and SQL, communicate findings to product and commercial stakeholders, and drive measurable customer engagement and order growth.
