Own sales compensation data, reporting, incentive plan administration, and compensation-platform processes. Build dashboards, validate and reconcile data, analyze trends and anomalies, document procedures, support plan launches, and communicate process updates. The role partners with Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure incentive plans are accurate, timely, and effective while identifying process improvements and using AI tools to enhance daily workflows.

Own and secure global ingress routing and gateway infrastructure, migrate legacy edge systems to decentralized platforms, and build automation that reduces manual support. Collaborate with Platform, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver observable, resilient traffic routing and deployment pipelines. Produce documentation and runbooks, participate in peer reviews, and support rotational on-call incident response.

Owns requirements engineering, process design, gap analysis, impact assessments, documentation, and end-to-end testing for partner acquisition, onboarding, and success tooling. Translates commercial goals into developer-ready Salesforce and self-service specifications, improves processes, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages defects, and validates production releases across sales, customer service, web, and operations.
