Lead day-to-day operations of a cannabis grower-processor facility, overseeing cultivation, extraction, processing, and packaging. Drive production targets, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement; manage staffing, scheduling, SOP adherence, KPIs, and cross-functional handoffs. Support audits, regulatory inspections, and expansion projects while implementing process improvements and reporting facility performance to leadership.

Support the Dispensary Store Manager in daily retail operations: supervise, hire, train and coach staff; guide customers on cannabis products and dosing; manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, compliance, reporting, and competitive analysis to drive store performance and brand consistency.

Provide in-house legal support focused on labor and employment matters, manage litigation, draft and review employment and commercial contracts, advise on data protection and cybersecurity, support securities and regulatory filings, develop policies and training, and manage outside counsel.

Lead floor staff alongside management, mentor and train customer consultants, manage inventory (receiving, data entry, restocking, FIFO), ensure compliance with documentation and security, handle cash and POS transactions, perform opening/closing duties, and maintain store organization and customer service standards.
