Interim Finance Director responsible for owning the FY27 FP&A cycle, including budgeting, reforecasting, board reporting, and executive business reviews. The role partners with the CEO and executive team on strategic finance decisions, leads diligence and investor reporting, supports month-end activities, and coaches a Financial Controller and Finance Operations Associate.

Own and ship contract workflow features, rapidly learn the domain, run discovery with customers, take responsibility for AI/agentic review quality, collaborate with engineering, design and GTM, measure outcomes, iterate or pivot, and deliver customer and revenue impact within months.
