Provide hands-on legal ownership of commercial contracts and related systems: negotiate complex deals end-to-end, build and refine templates, playbooks and AI triage, supervise AI review, handle vendor, data protection and compliance issues, and escalate high-risk matters to the General Counsel. Drive system improvements so most contracts require no lawyer, support corporate and employment matters, and contribute to strategic projects.

Owner of product and customer communications to drive feature awareness, adoption and retention. Run segmented lifecycle and launch campaigns, manage customer advisory board, build feedback loops into product, create dashboards and copy, and work across channels to increase demo requests, feature adoption and net revenue retention.
