Lead and coach three engineering squads to improve predictability, throughput, and quality. Own delivery cycles, enforce and evolve product development processes, drive estimation excellence, track technical KPIs, and partner with leadership on technical trade-offs. Champion AI-native workflows and agentic coding while developing engineering leads and ensuring cross-squad coordination.

Design, build, and deploy production generative AI systems for legal workflows: RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, conversational interfaces, LLM observability and evaluation, and LLM infrastructure. Collaborate with product and engineering and own end-to-end implementation and reliability.
