Directs hospital facilities management, plant operations, maintenance, life safety, regulatory compliance, construction coordination, contractor services, staffing, training, operating and capital budgets, security and biomedical engineering oversight. Ensures reliable operation of building systems, utilities, medical gases, emergency power, grounds, and offsite facilities. Leads safety, emergency preparedness, energy conservation, process improvement, and compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, NFPA, state, and local requirements.

Manages a portfolio of 150+ major gift prospects, cultivating relationships and soliciting major, principal, corporate, capital, and endowment gifts. Conducts at least 120 annual face-to-face visits, develops proposals, supports a $500 million campaign, plans donor events, analyzes fundraising effectiveness in Raiser's Edge, and represents the medical center with community leaders and stakeholders. The role also supports strategic planning, collaboration, communications, and team leadership.

Supports pharmacy information systems and their integration with hospital informatics systems. Maintains Omnicell cabinets, Cerner medication records, access configurations, interfaces, reports, inventory, discrepancy reconciliation, and diversion monitoring. Provides technical support, resolves hardware and system issues, communicates with nursing and other departments, and trains pharmacy and hospital personnel. Also manages recurring reports, dashboards, medication updates, and billing reconciliation.
