Lead Jupe's digital UI/UX across web, mobile, and social. Design and manage digital content, transform wireframes into interfaces, run user research and testing, own design system and assets, collaborate with product and engineering, and coordinate external creatives.

Configure and optimize production processes, develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and CAD models, design tooling, troubleshoot production issues, manage schedules and vendors, apply SPC and lean methods to improve yield, capacity, cost, and safety, and support factory data integration for predictive insights.
