Own day-to-day people operations for a fast-growing, fully remote law firm: manage onboarding, pre-employment checks, absence and paperwork, run sensitive one-to-one conversations, configure the HR system (Zelt), build templates/workflows (using AI tools), identify automation opportunities, and support managers with light-touch training and data insights.

Phone-based client support role in residential conveyancing. Handle high-volume inbound calls, provide clear updates, manage expectations, chase documents, escalate complex matters to legal teams, and upload case documents to the firm’s system. Recent conveyancing or estate agency sales-progression experience required. Remote, full-time working hours (9am–6pm, Mon–Fri).

The Sales Associate is responsible for converting leads into clients, assisting with the conveyancing process, managing pipeline targets, and collaborating within the sales team to improve services.
