Provide specialist People & Capability (P&C) advice to NSW/ACT leadership, coaching managers on performance, engagement, investigations, and child-safe compliance. Partner on workforce planning, organisational change, and retention initiatives; analyse people data to identify trends and inform decisions. Lead and contribute to national P&C projects, policy development and continuous improvement.

Support the Programme Manager running before- and after-school sessions, act as second-in-charge, lead activities, supervise and engage groups of children, manage challenging behaviour, support and guide staff, communicate with parents and school staff, and assist with set-up and pack-down.

As an OSHC Educator, you'll support children's development in after-school settings, foster relationships with families, and work in a team environment. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities for skill development in education and care.
