Oversee quality and operational delivery across Sherpa Kids afterschool services in primary schools. Lead and support staff teams, build strong partnerships with schools and families, and help deliver dependable school-age and holiday childcare. The role requires childcare and management experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, two written references, and daily access to a car. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, with hybrid working and employee benefits.

Supervise and engage primary school children during before- and after-school care. Responsibilities include supporting homework, leading indoor and outdoor activities, assisting with games and crafts, and maintaining a safe, clean, inclusive environment. The role requires childcare experience, basic child development knowledge, English proficiency, Garda vetting, work authorization or a visa, and two written references.
