As an OSHClub Coordinator, you will lead a team of Educators to create and oversee a dynamic school program for children aged 5-12, ensuring engaging activities and compliance, while fostering teamwork and growth.

Supports the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, offer administration, document collection, contract preparation, onboarding, and recruitment record maintenance. The role coordinates candidate activities, manages multiple vacancies, maintains ATS databases, handles confidential information, and provides administrative support to hiring managers and the recruitment team. Strong organization, communication, accuracy, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Supervise primary school children during before-school, after-school, and holiday programmes. Support homework, educational tasks, games, crafts, and indoor and outdoor activities while maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive environment. The role requires enthusiasm for working with children, knowledge of child development, English proficiency, Garda vetting, valid work authorization, and two written references.
