Requires a commerce, accounting, or finance degree, 2–3 years of accounting experience, knowledge of accounting principles and GST, proficiency with accounting software and Excel, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Own onboarding, product adoption, time-to-value, churn prevention, customer health monitoring, QBRs, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Manage team KPIs, optimize account coverage, develop expansion strategies, and partner with sales and product teams to achieve net revenue retention targets across global enterprise accounts.
