Manage existing B2B SaaS customers by supporting product adoption, resolving concerns, monitoring account health, reducing churn, and identifying upsell opportunities. Responsibilities include customer communication, relationship management, account reviews, CRM record maintenance, internal coordination, and tracking retention, engagement, expansion, and issue-resolution metrics.

Run SAST and DAST scans, integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines, enforce security processes, collaborate with developers and DevOps to remediate vulnerabilities, validate fixes, maintain security reports, and improve security workflows. The role focuses on application security and DevSecOps execution, including OWASP Top 10, API security, container security, and cloud security practices.
