Provide empathetic customer support to e-commerce merchants through email, resolving platform setup questions and technically complex issues. Liaise with Design and Development teams to document and prioritize reported problems, create automated responses for common questions, assess feature usability, and suggest improvements. The role requires handling 75+ emails daily after training, communicating in Spanish and English, and working remotely with occasional office attendance in Santiago.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack e-commerce features, write clean and tested code, design new functionality, resolve production issues with customer support, and collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners. Work includes inventory systems, CSV tools, mobile barcode scanning, UI design systems, database modeling, and security assessments.
