Teams at Jump Trading Group

Conduct original reinforcement learning research for financial markets and deploy research into production trading systems. Design and evaluate policy architectures, reward formulations, and objective horizons; integrate alpha signals; model market microstructure, fills, liquidity, and latency; build tooling for large-scale market and signal data; benchmark results out of sample; and communicate findings to technical and trading teams.

Provide Level 1 technical support for Windows and Mac systems, mobile devices, office hardware, peripherals, and basic network connectivity. Set up laptops, desks, monitors, and other equipment; assist employees, guests, and candidates; document procedures; and escalate complex issues to higher-level Tech Services staff. This fully in-office role requires strong customer service, organization, troubleshooting ability, flexibility, and occasional travel to other offices.

Design, build, and improve platforms and services that support the business. Develop tools, systems, and infrastructure with cross-functional teams. Improve scalability, reliability, and performance of production systems and strengthen core systems to increase engineering productivity.
