Source, map, evaluate, and promote alternative datasets for trading research. Responsibilities include identifying vendors, tracking market trends, vetting dataset quality and use cases, writing vendor summaries, maintaining data pipelines and catalogs, representing Jump with vendors, and communicating emerging opportunities. The role requires alternative-data market knowledge, vendor contacts, Excel proficiency, familiarity with privacy and compliance issues, and strong organization and writing skills.

Manage US employee lifecycle processes in Workday, including onboarding, organizational changes, data integrity, reporting, employment verifications, and exits. Deliver new hire orientation, maintain HR policies and handbooks, support payroll and benefits cycles, monitor downstream integrations, and improve and document scalable HR workflows. Partner with Legal, HR business partners, payroll, benefits, and people operations teams while handling sensitive employee information.

Manage global logistics for technology equipment, including procurement, importing, exporting, shipping, receiving, inventory, installation coordination, vendor performance, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and equipment liquidation. The role ensures cost, quality, delivery, compliance, and service expectations while coordinating internal stakeholders and third-party shipping providers.
