Supports U.S. HR and Talent Development operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, data reporting, process improvement, and early-career programs. Coordinates intern and new-graduate cohorts, leadership programs, scheduling, communications, surveys, and feedback processes. Maintains Workday and tracking-system data, improves workflows using technology and AI, and collaborates with Recruiting, Legal, Compliance, Workplace Services, and other partners while handling sensitive information.

Manage month-end close, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, variance analysis, intercompany and equity accounting, consolidations, audit and tax support, and financial reporting across multiple legal entities. The role also focuses on process improvement, automation, accurate GAAP-compliant records, and supporting finance AI initiatives. It is based in Chicago with at least four office days per week.

Build and maintain scalable data systems that normalize vendor and proprietary market data for trading and research. Calculate bars, residuals, curves, volatility surfaces, greeks, and other derived analytics from streaming and large-scale datasets. Collaborate with traders, researchers, vendors, and APAC teams; provide production support, document technical methodologies, and develop thoroughly tested solutions.
