Designs, implements, and manages standardized training and onboarding for store roles; delivers safety, operations, and leadership training; conducts store visits; tracks completion and performance; builds leadership development paths and trains store trainers to improve retention and operational consistency.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and HR generalist duties including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, benefits support, employee relations, leave administration, policy compliance, HR reporting, and employee engagement. Partner with managers, maintain HR records, coordinate background checks/drug screens, and support training and special HR projects for multi-site operations.

Manage daily convenience store operations to increase sales and profitability. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff; set performance goals; manage budgets, inventory control, safety, and store maintenance; resolve customer issues; analyze financial reports and implement improvements; collaborate with corporate on marketing and promotions.
