Lead and build Jump's customer marketing function: develop customer stories, case studies, advocacy and reference programs, run customer advisory boards, partner with Sales and CS to drive adoption, retention, and expansion, and manage budget, vendors, and program measurement.

Generate qualified opportunities and pipeline for Account Executives through high-volume outbound prospecting. Conduct cold calls and emails, book meetings, meet activity and pipeline quotas, and support the development of Jump’s outbound sales motion. The role serves financial advisor customers and uses AI-enabled sales technology to improve productivity.
