Teams at Jumio

Provide advanced technical support and escalate/resolve customer issues for Jumio's enterprise clients. Troubleshoot APIs and mobile/web integrations, certify customer implementations, produce technical documentation, work with cross-functional teams, and perform standby hours when required.

Build and integrate ROS/ROS2 modules, collect and maintain ML training/test datasets from robots and mobile apps, implement end-to-end ML workflows, analyze data from internal databases, monitor data/model quality in production, and write maintainable Python/C++ code while collaborating across ML, engineering, product, and research teams.

Design, train, and scale computer-vision models and end-to-end ML pipelines for biometrics (face detection, quality assessment, recognition). Benchmark models, optimize for low-latency inference (quantization, distillation, TensorRT/ONNX), deploy on AWS, and mentor other ML engineers while promoting best practices and fairness awareness.
