Coordinate and govern the application landscape, ensure transparency of application costs, support budgeting/forecasting, analyze spend and optimization opportunities, create senior-level communications, align stakeholders, and drive RtB/CtB initiatives in a dynamic IT environment.

Lead and drive the global strategic agenda for Global Products & Solutions, identifying and executing growth initiatives, partnerships and inorganic opportunities (M&A/JVs). Coordinate cross-unit collaboration, perform market and competitor analysis, support senior management with strategy papers and recommendations, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee project rollouts while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards.

Serve as Scrum Master to coach teams on Agile/SAFe, remove impediments, manage stakeholder and requirement clarity, oversee SDLC activities (SIT, UAT, releases), drive technical/architectural reviews, and ensure scalable, low-risk solutions in private banking.
