Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, contributes to process improvements, and helps deliver high-quality service to grow and manage the client base.

Design, develop, and maintain a scalable structured product platform using C# backend technologies. Analyze business requirements, create robust solutions, provide technical support to stakeholders, conduct code reviews, and deliver high-quality software independently and collaboratively in a global, deadline-driven environment.

Leads Singapore HR operations and a team of four HR Consultants. Partners with senior management on workforce planning, succession, talent management, performance, compensation, organizational development, recruitment, and complex employee matters. Represents HR on management committees, oversees local HR projects, ensures policy adherence, and manages risk, governance, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance across the function.
