Develop and implement robust interest rate pricing models and a comprehensive pricing library for diverse interest rate products. Collaborate with traders, risk managers, and IT teams to align models with business and technical requirements. Provide hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design through production deployment. The role requires strong quantitative finance expertise, financial mathematics, stochastic calculus, and programming experience in a compiled language, with Scala and Java familiarity preferred.

Execute and enhance the group-wide sanctions compliance program. Advise on international sanctions, embargoes, financial products, and applicable restrictions; monitor regulatory developments; develop procedures, controls, guidelines, alerts, and training; support audits, projects, quality assurance, and business testing; and collaborate with compliance teams across global entities to ensure consistent implementation of sanctions requirements.

Lead the technical direction and evolution of an enterprise Design System. Design and maintain accessible reusable components, define front-end architecture and standards, govern versioning and releases, drive adoption across applications, and champion WCAG compliance. The role includes architecture reviews, stakeholder collaboration, code reviews, technical mentoring, developer enablement, and leadership of front-end engineering initiatives using modern web technologies, micro frontends, automated testing, and monorepo tooling.
