The Account Manager supports relationship managers in servicing Private Banking clients, handling trades, client requests, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Manage end-to-end post-trade processing for OTC derivatives (IRS, TRS, IFS, CDS, options), oversee lifecycle events, perform daily reconciliations, handle trade confirmations and price fixings, monitor payment schedules, respond to operational queries, and support system releases, product rollouts and strategic initiatives to ensure control, compliance and operational resilience.

Support Relationship Managers with client administration, meeting preparation, customized reporting, documentation, and post-processing. Assist in presentations, investment proposal drafting, business management tasks, expense processing, risk controls, regulatory compliance, and process improvement to ensure high-quality client service and adherence to internal policies.
