Clinical expertise as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or related healthcare professional is required.

Lead and build end-to-end revenue cycle and claims operations, handling claim readiness, submission, denials, appeals, payer follow-up, payment posting, reconciliation, aging, and collections. Develop payer- and program-specific billing workflows, configure claim systems, and drive cross-functional improvements to support scalable RCM processes and predictable collections for Medicaid managed-care, commercial, and other payers.
