Own partner relationships for NY Medicaid programs, using a clinical (OT/PT) lens to drive program design, implementation, and expansion. Monitor performance metrics, diagnose issues, lead cross-functional launches, and translate partner feedback into product, ops, and clinical improvements to increase utilization and program impact.

Support co-founders and VP of People with executive logistics, meeting operations, travel coordination, interview and People-team support, culture programming, and ad hoc operational projects. Drive process improvements, vendor coordination, and documentation across a fast-growing healthtech startup.

Lead end-to-end product design for clinician- and partner-facing healthcare products. Conduct discovery, UX research, user testing, and create polished interfaces. Build and scale a coherent design system and collaborate with product and engineering to ship high-quality work.
