Leads and builds Juganu’s US Solutions Engineering and Technical Support function. Owns technical customer engagement from discovery and pre-sales solution design through pilots, deployments, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. Provides expertise across networking, Wi-Fi, wireless backhaul, IoT, and edge systems while translating field requirements into product and R&D input. Establishes scalable documentation, support procedures, escalation processes, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, R&D, hardware, software, and customers.
