The Quality Assurance Specialist investigates incidents, conducts inspections, supports audits, tracks corrective action plans, and prepares compliance reports. The role maintains quality assurance data, supports Human Rights Committee activities and training, reviews outcome assessments, gathers satisfaction data, and collaborates across departments to improve services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Frequent in-person work is required at the Kensington office and in the field.
