Leads strategic and operational HR across multiple manufacturing sites, partnering with executives, plant leaders, and local HR teams. Responsibilities include workforce planning, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compliance investigations, leadership development, culture initiatives, change management, and cross-functional projects. The role requires substantial travel to assigned locations and may supervise an HR team.

Manages HUB bearing testing, test engineering, tool design, engineering projects, laboratory staff, equipment procurement, validation support, and continuous improvement. Leads test planning and execution, ensures IATF 16949-compliant documentation, validates machine builds, tracks laboratory KPIs, develops team capabilities, and identifies equipment and resource needs. Requires strong mechanical and electrical expertise, automated testing and data acquisition experience, technical project leadership, and extensive supervisory experience.

Tracks product costs, profitability, and cost targets for new and existing automotive programs. Coordinates cross-functional product quoting, cost reduction, make-versus-buy analysis, engineering change tracking, RFQ responses, feasibility studies, and management reporting. Supports strategy execution and leads issue follow-up and countermeasure tracking. Requires advanced Excel modeling, financial cost analysis, communication, organizational skills, and approximately 25% travel.
