Serves as the bilingual front-office receptionist and recruiting coordinator. Responsibilities include answering calls, welcoming visitors, scheduling interviews, posting jobs, screening candidates, maintaining applicant and personnel records, preparing onboarding documents, conducting orientations, supporting payroll documentation, and using staffing software, automation, and AI tools. Requires English and Spanish fluency, occasional local travel, and occasional evening or early morning hours.

Owns enterprise infrastructure, identity systems, security controls, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backups, monitoring, and network support. Builds AI-assisted automations, internal applications, and API/EDI integrations using scripting, databases, web technologies, and LLM APIs. Manages identity lifecycle processes, incident response, documentation, audit support, escalations, and infrastructure projects. Provides technical direction to service desk staff and participates in an on-call rotation.
