Designs, tests, and implements manufacturing process improvements for resin and foam production. Conducts trials, applies statistical methods, troubleshoots extrusion and expansion processes, maintains plant control systems, supports equipment and capital projects, and develops operating procedures and training. The role also develops recycling processes for production scrap, defining controls, quality criteria, equipment needs, and safe, repeatable practices.

Owns EHS management systems and enterprise-wide training strategy, including ISO compliance, audits, regulatory alignment, training programs, LMS administration, competency frameworks, incident oversight, risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement. Partners with EHS, Operations, HR, and leadership to strengthen safety culture, maintain accurate data systems, and ensure consistent standards across sites.

Research emerging markets, technologies, companies, and customer segments to identify strategic growth, investment, acquisition, partnership, and commercialization opportunities. Develop market assessments, business cases, market-entry strategies, financial forecasts, and executive presentations. Support due diligence and coordinate cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization while collaborating with global leadership, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and R&D.
