Leads business development and growth strategy for MEP, building infrastructure, and mission-critical construction sectors across the New York Tri-State area. Develops relationships with end users, developers, owners, engineers, and industry partners; builds opportunity pipelines; monitors market activity; supports proposals, presentations, and pursuits; and collaborates with executive, operations, preconstruction, and marketing teams. Maintains CRM reporting, forecasts opportunities, and strengthens the company’s market presence.

Manage construction pursuits from initial intake through proposal submission and post-bid follow-up. Coordinate RFQ and RFP requirements, deadlines, contributors, client communications, walkthroughs, technical content, proposal reviews, and delivery. Partner with business development, marketing, estimating, and project leadership to produce accurate, compliant, client-focused submissions. Lead post-bid coordination, including questions, best-and-final offers, pricing updates, and workflow improvements.

Processes full-cycle accounts payable, expense reimbursements, construction invoices, vendor records, checks, reconciliations, and expense reports. Ensures accurate coding, approvals, documentation, policy compliance, and timely processing. Maintains AP reports and vendor files, manages W-9 forms, imports invoices from Concur into Sage/Timberline, communicates with vendors and project managers, and supports external information requests.
