Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative tools.

Executes marketing initiatives supporting business development, including client presentations, sales brochures, social media, case studies, newsletters, and digital content. Updates website CMS content, maintains brand consistency, coordinates photo and film shoots, and develops creative campaigns. Requires strong writing, editing, project management, strategic planning, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Assists with construction project management by preparing change orders, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing scopes and pricing, managing procurement and submittals, tracking schedules and milestones, supporting financial closeout, communicating with stakeholders, identifying risks, and mentoring project support staff.
