Support the Project Manager with project financial lifecycle and document control, including change order management, billing, receivables, subcontractor payments, submittals/RFIs, requisitions, and project closeouts. Use ERP and construction management software to maintain records, communicate impacts to stakeholders, and assist field operations on small to medium projects or with senior PMs on larger projects.

The Project Manager oversees project activities, coordinates with departments, manages budgets, and ensures project goals are met while maintaining client relations.

Lead and oversee large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, client relationships, contract compliance, and financial controls while mentoring APMs/PMs and coordinating field operations to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.
