Oversees creative direction, digital acquisition, customer experience, reputation, partnerships, marketing technology, budgets, analytics, agencies, vendors, and team development. Uses performance data to optimize traffic, leads, tours, leases, occupancy, and revenue while establishing scalable brand standards across properties and markets.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for leadership and hard-to-fill multifamily, hospitality, and corporate roles. Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, partner with senior leaders on workforce and succession planning, analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes, and enhance employer brand and candidate experience through outreach and events.
