Provide strategic policy, governance, and program management support for Headquarters Air Force Civil Engineer Operations. Develop and maintain policies, analyze installation infrastructure and readiness issues, coordinate governance and stakeholder engagement, produce executive-level decision products, and support modernization initiatives (CBM, ESMS, TRIRIGA, NexGen). Advise senior leaders, track implementation POA&Ms, and recommend mitigation strategies to improve sustainment, resilience, and mission readiness across the Department of the Air Force.

Provide program and acquisition support for TSAEBSP, including development and maintenance of acquisition plans, lifecycle documentation, schedules, reports, briefings, and procurement analysis. Collaborate with teams to support current and future TSA equipment and other acquisition needs.

The role involves providing technical guidance on Electronic Warfare systems, evaluating their effectiveness, and managing complex acquisition programs. The candidate will develop test strategies and coordinate testing events while leading analysis efforts for operational suitability.
