Teams at JRAD

Provide strategic policy, governance, and program management support for Headquarters Air Force Civil Engineer Operations. Develop and maintain policies, analyze installation infrastructure and readiness issues, coordinate governance and stakeholder engagement, produce executive-level decision products, and support modernization initiatives (CBM, ESMS, TRIRIGA, NexGen). Advise senior leaders, track implementation POA&Ms, and recommend mitigation strategies to improve sustainment, resilience, and mission readiness across the Department of the Air Force.

Lead equipment lifecycle and logistics support efforts for regulated, safety-critical systems. Standardize reporting logic, generate analytics and executive summaries, define validation criteria and workflows, manage project documentation (scope, schedule, budget), and support EOL planning and upgrade strategies to prevent obsolescence. Collaborate cross-functionally and support stakeholder decision-making.

Provide program and acquisition support for TSAEBSP, including development and maintenance of acquisition plans, lifecycle documentation, schedules, reports, briefings, and procurement analysis. Collaborate with teams to support current and future TSA equipment and other acquisition needs.
