Lead enterprise-wide growth strategy and execution across business areas and portfolio companies. Oversee business development, capture management, proposal operations, pipeline, pricing, and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with executive leadership, mentor BD teams, support acquisition integration, and drive growth in government, defense, and national security markets.

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications across the SDLC using modern backend and frontend technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve defects, follow CI/CD and version-control best practices, ensure security and accessibility compliance, contribute to architecture, and support/mentor other technical staff.

Design, build, and maintain IBM MQ messaging infrastructure; troubleshoot MQ incidents; implement automation for deployments and monitoring; manage MQ security, TLS/certificates, backups, and DR; support data migrations/ETL and database capacity planning; mentor junior staff and collaborate with developers, analysts, and system architects to support mission-critical operations.
