Supports Air Force Civil Engineer Operations strategic implementation by coordinating enterprise modernization initiatives, tracking milestones and risks, developing dashboards and performance measures, analyzing organizational performance, and preparing executive briefings and decision-support products. The role facilitates cross-functional collaboration across Air Force and Department of Defense stakeholders to advance infrastructure modernization, asset management, maintenance, resilience, and business process transformation.

Supports Department of the Air Force Civil Engineer Operations initiatives through governance, policy development, program analysis, stakeholder coordination, and strategic implementation. Develops policies, action plans, executive briefings, and governance documents; coordinates audits, inspections, corrective actions, and enterprise working groups; tracks CAPs and POA&Ms; and provides leadership with analysis and status updates to improve readiness, mission assurance, and operational effectiveness.

Provide strategic policy, governance, and program management support for Headquarters Air Force Civil Engineer Operations. Develop and maintain policies, analyze installation infrastructure and readiness issues, coordinate governance and stakeholder engagement, produce executive-level decision products, and support modernization initiatives (CBM, ESMS, TRIRIGA, NexGen). Advise senior leaders, track implementation POA&Ms, and recommend mitigation strategies to improve sustainment, resilience, and mission readiness across the Department of the Air Force.
