Provides military HR and personnel support for the US Army Reserve Command, including identification and CAC issuance, personnel records, passports and visas, benefits eligibility, naturalization actions, and automated HR system updates. Serves customers, researches policies and records, supports complex cases, monitors quality metrics, manages documents, and may perform site security and verification duties. Coordinates with military personnel, commanders, and government offices while maintaining compliance with DoD directives and HR procedures.

Serve as the Warehouse Management System focal point for a Defense Logistics Agency distribution operation. Analyze transactions, data, workload trends, and system functions; research issues and recommend resolutions. Coordinate with users and Government personnel, respond to WMS inquiries, assess system and regulatory changes, and support receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and transportation functions. The role is on-site and may require coordination across first- and third-shift operations.
