The role oversees complex projects and prepares a successor for Director of Preconstruction responsibilities.

Licensed Mechanical Engineer responsible for planning, coordinating, designing, and executing mechanical systems for complex construction projects. Duties include developing engineering documents, reviewing drawings and submittals, resolving design and field issues, coordinating with project teams and trade partners, conducting field observations, and supporting testing, commissioning, and closeout. The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC and building systems, advanced AutoCAD and Revit expertise, and at least five years of design experience.
