Provides administrative support to construction operations teams by managing calendars, meetings, travel, records, presentations, correspondence, office supplies, vendor needs, timekeeping, invoicing support, data entry, and reporting. The role also supports reception, team events, workflow improvements, and internal communication while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Oversee and improve industrial construction safety programs through risk assessments, jobsite inspections, employee and subcontractor training, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance. The role participates in pre-job planning, evaluates construction methods and equipment, coaches field personnel, enforces OSHA and company standards, investigates hazards and near misses, and mentors junior safety staff while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Assists the preconstruction team with quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid coverage, scheduling, cost estimating, scope reviews, material quotes, site walks, document management, and preconstruction database maintenance. Supports planning, budgeting, bidding, and problem-solving activities while learning construction management practices.
