Use AI tools to research and personalize outreach, run high-volume multi-touch cadences (calls, email, LinkedIn), qualify prospects, book discovery meetings, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, track metrics, and surface market insights to refine ICP and messaging.

Work denials, rejections, and aging AR end-to-end for outpatient practices using AI-native RCM tools. Diagnose root causes, rework and resubmit claims, draft appeals, and chase AR to resolution while partnering with Revenue Cycle Success Managers and the RCM Center of Excellence. Surface frontline insights to inform product and engineering to improve recovery throughput and quality.

The RCM Architect will translate revenue cycle management complexities into strategies, workflows, and insights to improve outcomes across teams. You are responsible for auditing claims, analyzing denial data, creating SOPs, and ensuring successful onboarding for new customers while fostering a culture of revenue cycle expertise.
