JOYDAY is a movement that facilitates interactive experiences, aiding in the destigmatization of misconceptions and fears associated with mental health disorders. It is the mission of JOYDAY to encourage vulnerable conversation and provide real world solutions to communities on and off-line.

Founded in May 2016, JOYDAY began as a digital platform providing coping mechanisms towards positive mental health. Within six months, as its weekly chat forum grew in audience interaction, it was evident that JOYDAY was ready to become a movement.
