Field-based role generating homeowner leads by meeting residents in neighborhoods with active projects. Introduce products conversationally, schedule appointments for sales team, represent the brand professionally, meet daily/weekly lead goals, and pursue growth into higher-level sales or leadership roles.

Sell and consult on large-scale sunroom and outdoor living projects through company-provided in-home appointments. Design custom solutions, manage customer relationships and project handoffs, document measurements and specs, and collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Commission-only role focused on relationship-driven, consultative sales.

Supervise, coach, and develop inside sales and appointment specialists to ensure consistent performance and high-quality customer interactions. Train new hires, set expectations, monitor call quality, make outbound/warm calls, handle inbound inquiries, schedule and confirm in-home consultations, and identify process improvements to drive appointment volume and lead quality.
