Working supervisor who generates personal inside-sales results while supporting appointment setters through training, coaching, call practice, customer issue resolution, and floor leadership. Responsibilities include outbound and inbound calls, educating homeowners about remodeling products, overcoming objections, scheduling in-home consultations, maintaining call quality, and ensuring workflow coverage when the Call Center Manager is absent. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.

Connect with warm homeowner leads, answer questions, build excitement around home remodeling products, and schedule qualified in-home sales appointments. Handle inbound calls, identify customer needs, document interactions in internal systems, conduct timely follow-up, and meet appointment-setting and activity goals. The role requires strong communication, confidence, motivation in a fast-paced environment, reliable transportation, and availability for one listed shift plus at least one weekend day weekly.
