Contact and engage warm leads by phone, educate homeowners about products, qualify needs, schedule and confirm in-home sales appointments, document call activity, handle inbound inquiries, and meet appointment-setting targets.

Supervise, coach, and develop inside sales and appointment specialists to ensure consistent performance and high-quality customer interactions. Train new hires, set expectations, monitor call quality, make outbound/warm calls, handle inbound inquiries, schedule and confirm in-home consultations, and identify process improvements to drive appointment volume and lead quality.
