The role is full-time at a Berea call center, requires weekend availability, and offers hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses.

Supervise and personally perform inside sales and appointment-setting activities at a call center. Generate outbound and handle inbound calls, educate homeowners, schedule in-home consultations, and meet production goals. Support onboarding, training, coaching, call quality, customer service, and issue resolution. Serve as floor leader during the Call Center Manager’s absence by maintaining workflow, coverage, communication, and escalations.
