Oversee IT support service delivery across multiple manufacturing sites, including ticketing, SLAs, MSP and vendor relationships, incident escalation, onboarding, asset management, reporting, and continuous improvement. Coordinate infrastructure alerts, change control, service quality reviews, and on-call support planning while ensuring responsive end-user service in a 24/7 environment.

Supports the enterprise data and analytics platform by building Microsoft Fabric lakehouses, warehouses, pipelines, semantic models, and Power BI reporting. Integrates D365, manufacturing, warehouse, supply-chain, IoT, and operational data; develops SQL and DAX solutions; implements data quality, governance, security, monitoring, and documentation; and troubleshoots production issues. The role also supports AI-enabled analytics and collaborates with business teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.

Supports foodservice sales operations for assigned customers and brokers by coordinating programs, orders, logistics, production planning, invoicing, rebates, deductions, and customer records. Resolves pricing and order issues, processes payments and repayment requests, maintains product information, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and supports cross-functional projects. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
