Prepares, reviews, revises, and maintains technical documentation for software, hardware, systems engineering, operations, testing, and end users. Produces installation, configuration, implementation, training, acquisition, and user guides; documents code, data flows, and technical procedures. Researches complex information, collaborates with engineers and developers, maintains documentation libraries, formats publications, and applies required technical manual standards to cryptologic and defense-related programs.

Analyzes legal and policy documents to identify compliance obligations and develop controls, system requirements, and machine-readable rules supporting compliance automation. Produces reports, briefings, responses, user guides, and policy guidance; engages customers to resolve issues and provides subject matter expertise on Intelligence Community privacy compliance and customer authorities.

Lead support for mission-critical machine rooms, lab space, and communications rooms. Maintain agency standards, access lists, power and cooling requirements, room monitoring, and machine room drawings. Coordinate facilities upgrades, hardware installations and decommissioning, vendor escorts, warranty replacements, rack and cabling work, and fiber testing. Collaborate with systems, network engineering, facilities, customers, leadership, and vendors while leading a small support team.
