Lead end-to-end delivery of construction, fit-out, and installation projects from pre-construction to handover. Develop programmes, budgets, and reports; coordinate designers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers; oversee site activities, quality control, procurement, risk mitigation, and compliance with health & safety and CDM regulations. Act as primary client liaison, run site visits and progress meetings, and drive projects through commissioning to practical completion.

Lead multidisciplinary design teams through the full design lifecycle, translating creative briefs into manufacturable solutions. Oversee drawings, 3D models, specifications, and vendor coordination while ensuring buildability, safety, budgets, and schedules. Provide creative direction, client-facing communication, and mentorship across multiple concurrent projects.

As an Intermediate Designer, you will collaborate with clients and the team to deliver architectural interior projects, utilizing strong visualization skills and design software proficiency to create detailed drawings and presentations.
