Teams at Journey Found, Inc.

Coordinate and manage daily program activities for two residential/community programs; provide direct care and therapeutic support; supervise staff; implement treatment and behavior plans; manage schedules, budgets, reporting, meetings, HIPAA compliance, on-call duties, and transport People Supported as needed.

Oversee and ensure quality of assigned programs by supervising Program Managers, conducting site reviews, ensuring compliance with DDS timelines and policies, coordinating interdisciplinary care, managing safety and incident review, maintaining family/guardian communication, and providing 24/7 on-call coverage. Responsible for staffing oversight, performance evaluations, program development, and ensuring safe, well-maintained facilities and transportation.

Manage daily operations of Journey Found programs, provide direct care and therapeutic support, supervise direct care staff, coordinate schedules and budgets, ensure implementation of treatment/behavior plans, maintain PHI confidentiality, and participate in meetings and on-call duties.
