Teams at Journey Found, Inc.

Coordinates full-cycle recruiting and employee lifecycle activities, including candidate sourcing, ATS maintenance, offer preparation, onboarding, personnel records, position changes, terminations, benefits support, orientation, recruitment events, and employee communications. Partners with management and staff to address workplace issues, improve relationships, support retention, and maintain compliance with employment requirements and organizational policies.

Manage daily operations of Journey Found programs, provide direct care and therapeutic support, supervise direct care staff, coordinate schedules and budgets, ensure implementation of treatment/behavior plans, maintain PHI confidentiality, and participate in meetings and on-call duties.
