Define and execute strategy with the CEO, oversee Product, Sales, Professional Services, Support and Customer Engagement, influence roadmap, optimize processes, sponsor strategic accounts, and represent the unit externally while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Lead the Supervision Business Unit, owning strategy, profitability, growth, and customer outcomes. Coordinate Product, Sales, Services, Support, and Customer Engagement to improve operations, influence product roadmap, expand adoption, and ensure successful implementations while representing the unit externally.

Lead the Defender Business Unit, defining and executing strategy while overseeing Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Engagement. Drive growth, profitability, customer outcomes, operational efficiency, roadmap influence, and cross-functional collaboration while serving as executive sponsor for key accounts and representing the unit externally.
