Participate in a structured apprenticeship while completing assigned tasks under supervision. Collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively, and develop practical and theoretical workplace skills. The role is part-time and fixed-term, supporting young people entering the workforce through Brazil’s Young Apprentice Program.

Manage strategic infrastructure accounts by building relationships with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. Drive specification and project opportunities, promote Jotun solutions from design through execution, develop project pipelines, coordinate internal teams, and monitor market and competitor activity. The role requires managing multiple opportunities, supporting customer satisfaction, and achieving account growth within the construction or building materials sector.

Manages Jotun’s Technical Service Support department in Saudi Arabia, overseeing technical sales support, coating specifications, guarantees, complaint resolution, claims management, customer feedback, technical training, field testing, and team development. Ensures technical integrity, quality standards, efficient processes, budget alignment, and business-plan execution for Marine and Protective Coatings. Requires strong leadership, techno-commercial judgment, and collaboration with sales, R&D, and other organizational functions.
