Manage decorative paint sales through dealer development, market research, customer visits, project follow-up, and sales negotiations. Build relationships with architects, contractors, and applicators while promoting the brand. Monitor dealer performance, inventory, and orders; motivate dealers toward revenue targets; coordinate dealers, technical service, and customer service to ensure project satisfaction; and prepare regular sales activity reports.

Build and prioritize architect-firm relationships, provide technical advice on Jotun coating systems, develop specifications, monitor construction sites, manage architect loyalty programs, coordinate co-branded events, and track sales and partner KPIs. The role involves presentations, workshops, networking, cross-functional collaboration, and travel across office, factory, and project locations.

Supports the Sales Director in selling powder coatings, managing customer accounts, developing account plans, and pursuing profitable growth. Builds relationships with owners, consultants, contractors, and Chinese-speaking clients; presents products, monitors projects and deliveries, resolves technical and commercial issues, supports product specifications, tracks collections, and meets sales, margin, market share, and payment targets. The role is based in Hanoi and involves factory-floor engagement and customer visits.
