Lead development and execution of JIB's investment strategy, originate and structure complex transactions (project finance, equity, PPPs, blended finance), manage investor relations and portfolio performance across multiple countries, ensure regulatory and ESG compliance, and build and lead a high-performing investment team supporting capital allocation and deal execution.

Maintain accurate physical and digital records for waste intake, fleet, equipment, environmental monitoring, and administrative activities. Reconcile weighbridge data, compile operational reports, manage filing systems, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with audits, and respond to data requests from management within agreed timelines.

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, process AP/AR and payroll support, perform bank reconciliations, manage tax filings via iTax, prepare monthly management accounts and reports, support procurement, fixed asset register, audits, and enforce internal controls for the Finance Manager.
