The role also supervises recruitment processes, performance cycles, training administration, and workforce data management across diverse operational teams.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for an ICT cluster spanning five subsidiaries. The role drives digital transformation, innovation, operational excellence, financial management, business development, cybersecurity risk management, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change. It oversees ICT strategy, budgets, technology deployment, partnerships, disaster recovery, business continuity, and performance improvement while leading subsidiary heads and functional teams.

Supervise and coordinate tricycle operators across waste collection zones, managing deployment, attendance, performance, welfare, discipline, safety, training, and operational reporting. The role monitors vehicle utilization, productivity, service delivery, and workforce concerns; supports grievance resolution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement while serving as a link between operators, management, and communities.
