Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, payment execution, reconciliations, vendor records, aging reviews, discrepancy resolution, reporting, audit support, and internal controls. Lead AP workflow execution, team performance, training, and process improvements while coordinating with Accounting, Purchasing, Pricing, Operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Assistant Controller leads day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, cash management, AP and AR oversight, audit support, and technical accounting. The role provides guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, supports the CFO, maintains accurate financial records, and prepares financial analysis and reporting. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and at least five years of progressive accounting experience.
