Answer service department calls, collect customer information, schedule service appointments, greet visitors, handle rental vehicle contracts and returns, manage vehicle return times, and perform ad hoc administrative duties. Must work Mon–Fri 1PM–6PM and maintain a professional appearance and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Assist customers in selecting vehicles, conduct walkarounds and test drives, follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, present financing options with the finance team, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Paid training and mentorship provided.
