Build local partnerships, manage agencies, support events and revenue-generating initiatives, drive guest engagement and brand visibility across Orlando and Miami, and collaborate with operations, PR, hotels, and community stakeholders.

Lead People & Culture for the Washington, DC market, partnering with operations to drive workforce planning, employee relations, leadership development, compliance, HR operations, and engagement across multiple restaurant concepts. Oversee investigations, performance management, HRIS processes, workforce analytics, succession planning, change management, and support new openings.
