Teams at JORI

Lead accounting operations across Canadian and international entities, including financial reporting, monthly close, reconciliations, job profitability, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash controls, intercompany accounting, foreign currency, and compliance. Partner with AI, IT, and business-intelligence teams to validate data, investigate anomalies, improve processes, and strengthen financial controls. Coordinate audits, tax preparation, and external accounting requirements while ensuring accurate, timely, and well-supported financial information.

Manages Sales Operations and Client Success, including lead response, HubSpot data quality, team leadership, client onboarding, documentation compliance, retention, reporting, and revenue improvement projects. Partners with the Chief Revenue Officer, Strategic Accounts, and Operations to maintain efficient processes, healthy client relationships, and consistent service standards.

Supports the CFO with financial reporting, account reconciliations, working papers, financial statements, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Manages the complete accounting cycle and bookkeeping for JORI’s Philippines entity, assists with month-end and year-end close, supports CARM reporting, and improves accounting systems and procedures. The role requires a CPA, strong analytical and organizational skills, accounting software experience, and knowledge of Canadian tax regulations.
