Supports the client experience management team through business analysis, strategic planning, operational improvement, meeting coordination, executive briefings, Salesforce documentation, business development materials, market research, reporting, and special projects. The role collaborates with senior leaders and stakeholders, tracks client and prospect activity, develops thought leadership content, and identifies data-driven opportunities to improve business performance within a private wealth management firm.

Supports the compliance program for a multi-family office and investment advisory firm. Responsibilities include Code of Ethics monitoring, electronic communications surveillance, regulatory filings, risk assessments, audits, testing, remediation, compliance training, client and investor onboarding oversight, vendor management, cybersecurity and information security compliance, reporting, and cross-functional projects. The role requires experience with wealth management, private fund advisers, SEC regulations, investment adviser filings, and compliance program operations.

Own and operate the end-to-end business development engine: source, research, qualify, and route opportunities; build materials and playbooks; manage CRM pipeline; produce dashboards and reports; support strategic initiatives and leadership communications.
