It involves working in both office and physically demanding construction-site environments.

Leads heavy civil construction projects from concept through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, safety, compliance, risks, contracts, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Supervises project teams and coordinates clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, regulators, and shared company resources. Conducts site visits, inspections, project meetings, hearings, and closeout activities while ensuring projects meet performance, financial, environmental, and industry standards.
