Oversee comprehensive accounting for construction projects, including transaction posting, WIP reviews, budget-to-actual analysis, cash flow, receivables, closeouts, and month-end reporting. Ensure GAAP and contract compliance, identify financial risks, prepare stakeholder insights, manage financial projects, and mentor junior accounting staff. The role requires construction accounting expertise, ERP proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Supports HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, policy implementation, HR data management, and employee records. Advises employees and managers, assists with investigations and leave administration, manages HRIS data and reporting, supports audits and unemployment claims, and facilitates training and benefits orientations. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong knowledge of employment laws, and regular in-office attendance.

Perform physical trenching and pipe installation for water, sewer, and storm systems. Operate hand and heavy equipment, prepare sites, connect and seal pipes, remove old systems, train new hires, follow safety procedures, and meet project plans and specifications.
