Support project management on construction projects by assisting with schedules, documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders), cost control, site inspections, quality control, safety enforcement, coordination of materials, and project administration while learning construction project management practices.

Manage comprehensive financial accounting for construction projects: post transactions, lead month-end close, monitor WIP, analyze budget-to-actuals, manage cash flow and receivables, coordinate closeouts, prepare reports, and mentor junior staff.

Serve as HR liaison for construction projects and offices: support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, compliance, HR admin, and analyze HR metrics to improve workforce and safety outcomes.
