Supports implementation and improvement of EHS programs across construction projects. Conducts jobsite inspections, hazard identification, OSHA compliance, training coordination, incident reporting, recordkeeping, and corrective-action tracking. Serves as field safety resource liaising with project teams and maintaining safety documentation and training records.

Support project management on construction projects by assisting with schedules, documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders), cost control, site inspections, quality control, safety enforcement, coordination of materials, and project administration while learning construction project management practices.

Manage comprehensive financial accounting for construction projects: post transactions, lead month-end close, monitor WIP, analyze budget-to-actuals, manage cash flow and receivables, coordinate closeouts, prepare reports, and mentor junior staff.
