Teams at Joon

Build and maintain scalable parent and clinician web applications and React Native mobile apps. The role designs and implements product features, collaborates with cross-functional teams, works closely with the CTO and founding engineer, and contributes to frontend architecture, product practices, hiring, and company culture.

Own Joon’s paid growth marketing program across social and search channels. Lead campaign strategy, creative experimentation, performance analysis, reporting, and channel expansion. Develop organic marketing across TikTok, Reels, SEO, and content marketing while shaping brand voice and positioning. Collaborate with founders, product teams, designers, and contractors to scale user acquisition and improve conversion throughout the customer journey.
