Own sales operations for mid-market and enterprise B2B clients across the full sales cycle. Responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, tracking SLAs, certifying deals, ensuring procedural compliance, resolving delivery and customs issues, coordinating with supply teams, and designing automated sales processes using AI tools.

Own Joom Financing’s P&L, strategy, credit-line product development, AI-based scoring, unit economics, default-rate performance, and financing-plus-fulfillment integration. Work hands-on with data, developers, ML engineers, legal teams, designers, growth specialists, and external consultants. Lead legal setup, go-to-market activities, and external-capital structuring across China and Brazil.

Owns intellectual property matters across Joom’s e-commerce marketplace, including infringement claims, enforcement, settlements, litigation, platform-liability advice, IP portfolio management, and commercial agreement negotiations. The role also supports privacy matters, works closely with product and moderation teams, and manages external counsel in EU proceedings.
