Supervises and motivates dealership sales staff, develops vehicle sales strategies, organizes schedules, trains employees, participates in interviewing and hiring, sets individual and team goals, and delivers exceptional customer service. Requires a team-oriented, enthusiastic approach and availability for evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs.

Provides service and support for commercial insurance producers and clients. Manages renewal activities including binders, certificates, and invoicing; coordinates with producers and team members; delivers customer service; and maintains timely, organized follow-up across multiple priorities. The role requires commercial insurance servicing experience, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and preferably experience with AMS or Epic Applied systems.

The Piggly Wiggly Stocker is responsible for stocking shelves, building displays, bagging groceries, and maintaining organization in the grocery section to enhance customer service and store appearance.
