Teams at Jones Petroleum Co.

Manages dealership finance and insurance activities, helping customers finance vehicle purchases, coordinating with lending agencies, presenting warranties and aftermarket products, and managing cash. Provides exceptional customer service, follows dealership procedures, collaborates with team members, and performs additional assigned duties. Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours, along with continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, occasional ladder climbing, and lifting up to 60 pounds.

Supervises and motivates dealership sales staff, develops vehicle sales strategies, organizes schedules, trains employees, participates in interviewing and hiring, sets individual and team goals, and delivers exceptional customer service. Requires a team-oriented, enthusiastic approach and availability for evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs.

Provides service and support for commercial insurance producers and clients. Manages renewal activities including binders, certificates, and invoicing; coordinates with producers and team members; delivers customer service; and maintains timely, organized follow-up across multiple priorities. The role requires commercial insurance servicing experience, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and preferably experience with AMS or Epic Applied systems.
