Drives business growth through B2B sales, relationship development, lead and pursuit tracking, client liaison activities, market analysis, proposals, and strategic partnerships. Builds networks with commercial real estate stakeholders, develops annual business plans and budgets, evaluates opportunities, supports go/no-go decisions, coordinates with marketing and project teams, and gathers client feedback. Maintains relationships throughout construction projects while pursuing new opportunities and meeting revenue objectives.

Processes subcontractor, supplier, credit card, overhead, and vendor invoices; codes and routes payments; maintains compliance documents; supports billing, credit checks, licensing verification, and month-end accounting processes. Provides accounting support to operations, communicates with subcontractors and project teams, files records, and ensures timely payment processing. Requires strong Microsoft Office, document management, data processing, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail. Intermittent travel to Phoenix-area jobsites may be required.
